We are the staff who take care of your loved ones at Rosewood Nursing Home.
We dedicate our lives to providing care and comfort to nursing home residents, creating a “home” in the nursing home. Caring for our residents, your loved ones, is our top priority.
It wasn’t that long ago that we were called heroes for risking our lives during the COVID pandemic. But, now we are being ignored. We have been telling an unresponsive Rosewood management that daily threats to workers are creating a hostile environment that is not fit for providing quality care to our vulnerable residents. It creates additional stress while we already endure physical and emotional exhaustion due to frequent staff turnover.

It’s a vicious cycle: as the stress becomes unbearable, workers are forced to leave the jobs they love, and then, the staffing situation is further aggravated.
